Our favorite hotel in Goshen, staff was FRIENDLY. Parking was next to property. Appreciated the pool.
-
Staff friendly. Breakfast ok.
The room needs renovation. Price still high.
-
The hotel was in the middle of renovation
-
Quiet Location Clean breakfast layout of facility
-
It was an excelelnt stay all round. It was better than I expected, and I thoroughly wenjoyed the stay
-
It's located in a nice area.
The hotel is very dated. Not CI issue but Bookings.com is misleading in asking for smoking/ nonsmoking if such is impossible to guarantee. We were stuck in a smoking room on a smoking floor with a child with severe smoke allergies.

the value was good
no tv remote in my room when i arrived, called front desk and i had to go down and get it myself. case of bottled water were delivered to front desk area and they were on the floor 3 days next to the front desk and still there when i checked out. i smelled cigerett smoke on elevator,

Staff were sincerely trying to be helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. (What little of it we could get.)
Other guests had taken over the entire hotel and screamed day and night pounding on everything and running around like savages. Though we called the front desk repeatedly, there was no relief. I honestly felt bad for the staff. We had to battle our way to breakfast and ended up eating what we could get to in our hotel room because other guests were not of a mind to share or make room for us. Our room was "okay" but was in need of updating. The sheets were thin enough to watch tv through and none of the bedding was even a little bit comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and small. The bathroom was okay - we were in a handicapped accessible room - but water pressure was very low and it could have been cleaner. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.
-
it was relaxed, friendly.
the fridge has a deep unpleasant hum from the compressor.
-
Even though they wrere under construction, it was a very clean and quit stay. Would go back again for sure.

Room, space, breakfast, atmosphere, comfort

Location
Staff was borderline rude and the room was filthy - elevator buttons and handles to things were also filthy I would never recommend this particular hotel, nor would I stay here again - we went home with flea bites.
-
Counter people were knowledgeable and friendly.
Maid service did not show up for work on Mother's Day. PURPOSE OF TRIP WAS DEATH IN THE FAMILY, FUNERAL, AND INTERMENT. WOULD HAVE LIKED TO KNOW ABOUT A BEREAVEMENT RATE AHEAD OF TIME SINCE WE HAD TO STAY 5 DAYS.
-
One of the nicer Comfort Inns, friendlky staff, clean, not to noisy.
I left a note the faucet in the bathroom leaked when you turned it to cold. The bathroom fan was louder than a 747.
-
I was right below extremely noisy foot stomping at 6:00 a.m. Each morning, squeaking floor like ceiling ready to cave in and by the elevators. Also very noisy
